Show site header and footer in Prezly emails
Choose to display your site header and footer when attaching a story to your email pitch or campaign through Prezly.
When you attach stories to your pitches and campaigns, you can opt to display the header and footer from the site to which that story is published in your email. This allows you to easily and consistently include your site branding in your email outreach, and gives readers an easy way to navigate to your site and discover more content!
By default, the header will show the logo from your site, though if you so wish, you can upload a different logo file to use specifically within emails in your site settings, easily accessed via the toolbar panel link.
Story Site headers and footers come in three flavours:
For when you want to send a story as it is, with nothing above or below it.
- Header shows a centred logo that links back to your site
- Footer shows:
- A link to the latest stories published to your site
- Any media galleries you have published
- Site search
- All social channels you have added to your site via your site settings
- Header shows a logo linked back to your site and a link to the latest stories published to that site
- Footer shows:
- Your site boilerplate/about info
- Your site contact details
- A link to the latest stories published to your site
- Any media galleries you have published
- Site search
- All social channels you have added to your site via your site settings
Headers and footers are determined by your site settings and are specific to each site.
A custom logo can be uploaded when your feel your site logo is insufficient, and you can also customise further in branding settings by specifying an alignment preference for the logo in standard mode.
The header inherits background and link colours from your theme, and if you use custom email story colours these can be further customised.
