How to update your plan from one of our expired plans
Prezly has changed a lot over the years—new features, new customization options, and even new plans.
Unfortunately, this can bring a little confusion for those who signed up with our now-outdated plans. While we do our best to avoid disruptions or confusion for our customers, we sometimes ask people to update their plans for various reasons.
The good news is that we're here with you throughout the process, and we'll do our absolute best to make updating your plan as simple as possible!
To provide the best possible support for your Prezly experience, it's crucial that our users are on the newest possible plan so we can provide a consistent experience and all of the latest features and improvements.
Some of our older plans are configured so that they're missing out on key Prezly features and updates. We want to ensure everyone has access to all the best Prezlian components!
You can change your plan straight from Prezly using our designated Plans page.
- Head to Settings by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner and click Manage.
- Under Subscriptions & billing, click Plans.
- Here you can peruse our plan options and change your plan options on your own.
- If you happen to be on a type of plan that requires customer support, no worries! Just reach out to our friendly support team by email or by clicking the friendly purple icon in the bottom right corner if you're in the app, and they'll be happy to help you out.
