Billing notifications & due dates
What happens to failed payments and unpaid invoices
We understand that oftentimes, it can be quite easy to overlook an upcoming invoice. This is why we send you a couple of reminders during the weeks leading up to your invoice due date.
When an invoice isn't paid in time, you can lose access to your Prezly account temporarily, which means you risk not being able to send that important press release!
If a payment fails, we...
- Send you an email to ask you to update your credit card.
- Attempt to charge the updated card immediately. If successful, your account will stay active.
- Always try to recharge it 4 times within 2 weeks. If we still are not able to charge you card after these 2 weeks, your access to your account will be blocked.
Ideally, every Prezly account that pays manually should pay before the due date of their invoice.
If you still haven't paid 30 days after the due date, you will be locked out of Prezly.
If you wish to cancel, please read all about our cancellation policy.
