Improvements to adding, editing and viewing coverage

We recently made our coverage feature available on all our plans, giving all Prezly users the possibility to easily keep track of what's being said about their brand. Following that, we've worked on making adding and editing coverage faster and smoother, and viewing coverage more meaningful. Here are the latest updates.

Adding and editing coverage

When logging coverage, you are now able to paste or upload several coverage pieces at the same time.

After you've pasted or uploaded the coverage pieces, the first pasted/uploaded coverage will open in an edit form, where you can fill in the additional information.

You will notice that Prezly now auto-fills headline and publication date if we find that data from the provided coverage source. Prezly will also suggest author, outlet and story to link to the coverage, if there's a possible match among your contacts and stories.

Viewing coverage

Viewing coverage is now separate from adding and editing it. This new view is more visual with a preview of the coverage on the left hand side, and details about the coverage on the right.

You can navigate between coverage items using the navigation buttons in the header.

Coverage report

All coverage published in the last 12 months, that is linked to a specific site, is now visualized as a report found under that site's Activity & visitors page.

This can help you keep track of how often your brand is mentioned over time, as a result of different campaigns and other PR efforts.
